We (domestic team serving SW FL) had 2 back to back listings due to the
Power Pack presentation alone competing against large local teams and
agents. The owners of both listings were licensed Realtors themselves, one
active in another state. One expired listing and one FSBO that both
successfully closed at a combined 2.375M. We then received 3 "Come List
Me Calls (for next year)" directly from our mailers we ordered with the
Listing Power Pack as a direct result of how impressed the sellers were
with the quality of all print material alone and how many times they saw
marketing material in their mail or on their door. The 7 Home Buyer
Strategies magazine made us stand out with a HomeValue lead that will

Converting a Prospective Buyer after meeting them at an Open last month.
At the Open they told me "Thanks for all the info but we have a bunch of
realtor connections". I didn't feel rejected and game them a magazine "No
pressure, but here's some no obligation strategies for buying." I used to do
Open houses and I looked like a fool, cause I didn't have any Marketing
pieces to put in prospects hands as they left besides a flyer and Biz card
maybe. I just relied on them liking me enough to leave an impression. Now
I'm pairing that with layout out the Active Marketing Plan, 9CQs and 7 Buyers
(and of course listing and neighborhood info), put one or all of those in the
prospects hands, and they are starting to come find me after the fact.
I used both the Listing Power pack for an August blitz, as well as the
Prospecting Pack for an open house. Neighbors came to the open house
with that open house door hanger in their hand.
I received 3 referrals from my billboard social media post. Two came from out of state agents and one from my SOI. One is a $1.2M Cali buyer (just rating for them to get their home under contract).
